Ordered the Açai berry bowl no banana inside or on top with added peanut butter topping. Requested granola on the side. Ilike that they replaced banana with the other fruit for the inside when I mark No banana inside . The mobile app doesn 't allowyou to have notes or comments but I usually ask them when I arrive to be sure. Have to check or you 'll end up with runny soupyaçai bowl! I also said no banana on top but they said they do not sub it with the other fruit that is already included. Theyonly do it for the inside, not top. I guess they leave empty space where the banana would have gone? They should fill in withother fruit. It is a berry bowl so just fill in with the other berries. I still liked my bowl but it turned soupy so fast! Didnot get much interaction from staff to rate the customer service but my order was made exactly as requested and came withnapkins and utensil in a togo bag. Glad I didn 't have to ask for a bag as other locations, you have to. Varies by store. Thishas now become my 2nd favorite Nekter location! Hopefully, when I do interact with the store staff, it will be pleasant andwelcoming!

Both were amazing and tasted so fresh. Great place to hang out, we saw people playing tabletop games like Jenga and Uno. I also noticed a couple Vegan menu options for those living a plant based lifestyle.

I always ask for my drink double blended usually not an issue, Today a lady that looked like the manager or supervisor asked me if I wanted to drink water I said no I just want it double blended. As I watch them make it I see them blend it only once and I hear her audibly tell the employees when they ask for a double blended just use less ice because they want it watery. Upon hearing this I ask her is my drink double blended they both look at me she speaks over him and says yes they hand me my drink watery and not double blended. Dont understand the stubborn nature of the lady who micromanaged my order but it was pretty annoying as the drink was not only really watery, never usually comes like this, but they lied to my face. Terrible service.

First time in this store and order on mobile app. Personal member was really nice, but another member who made my bowl did not give much care to the bowl. My bo... My bowl was not filled up and a fruit made to eat the bowl half ate. It didn't look appetizing, but it tasted great. It makes sense to fill the space of the omitted fruit with the other fruits, but that did not happen! It did not help your mobile app not have the option during the adjustment. Unfortunately, it looked worse than it tasted! I asked the nice team member how I can customize via online ordering in the app, but she didn't have much to offer except to recommend calling after the order or ordering in the store so that it could be done just as preferred. Some options in the mobile app were not available and no free form box to add additional notes. I definitely like La Habra over another store I tried with a friend regarding the consistency of the basic filling mix. I hope it's better next time and the mobile app will have flexibility in customization feature so I don't have to do to work.
