Al telefono nessuna risposta e al messaggio di richiesta informazioni, hanno semplicemente cancellato la prenotazione senza rispondere a noi personalmente. Questo non è accettabile, anche perché avevamo anticipato la sorpresa al nostro bimbo di 4 anni, profondamente deluso.
