I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from the manager within a few hours. She was very pleasantly focused on making it right and continuing to keep my business. I?m always going back when a business is so responsive. Everyone in the restaurant business is trying hard today and I appreciate being heard. My food was yummy and Bojangles makes some great chicken

The food was absolutely delicious! (I got the twisted meat loaf and my husband got the chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich) You can say that they put a lot of work in this place and make sure that all small details are just right. We will definitely come back in the future!

The jackfruit was sold out, so we couldn’t try that. Only downside is that I think we were charged a surcharge because of the issues in meat supply during COVID-19 (there was a sign stating that there was an upcharge because of meat prices). The receipt didn’t specify anything, so I don’t know if we were charged that. We obviously didn’t order any meat, so I don’t think we should be charged an extra percentage due to carnists. Nonetheless, their vegan options rock.

They constantly mix orders and almost every time I pull them out of something. All in all, I should say it's one of the worst fast food restaurants I've ever seen. I have decided not to support this business anymore and to force others to do the same. You don't deserve to be in business.
