The young lady taking orders outside was the epitome of service, personable and knowledgeable. Had to wait a minute for the unsalted fries (we usually do) but our food was delivered promptly and hot. Definitely an excellent choice. ?

Food was good, got the order wrong but corrected it. The normal lobby side, all tables were dirty and trash was over flowing. Never seen a Chick-fil-A so dirty.... Service has been lacking since new location on Parkside. That said. It's not the speed or courtesy that's all still there in line with Chick-fil-A standards how... It's not the speed or courtesy that's all still there in line with Chick-fil-A standards however the staff can't seem to get orders right about 50% of the time, either sauces are forgotten or a side item or a dressing is always wrong.Food: 5/5

They stand on there customer service and are mentioned many times in books and articles for being a top notch customer service establishment. However the one on On Clinton Hwy called Crown Point Plaza has taken a huge dive their customer service training. I had three workers maybe two feet from me when I was trying to get a refill on my drink look at me then turn around and go one and do something else they didn’t even attempt to refill my drink and it wasn’t even that busy. Needless to say Crown Point Plaza even though it’s closest to me I will gladly drive across town for better service as this one has been going down hill for awhile.

I hate paying for something then not getting it. I would suggest that instead of packing EVERYTHING into one bag to please start putting each meal in its own bag. when you pack it to the brim it's impossible to check to see if we got everything. but honestly I don't feel I should have to check my order bc you are always to well staffed. frustrating.
