Be aware that they are going to charge you Euro3.50 each for bread whether you have it or not. Only one of us had any bread (one piece, because the staff never came back with more, or with butter or oil, for that matter), but when we asked the other three charges to be removed, they would not do so. The paellas we had were good, if a little sparse, and they did bring out an amuse at the start of the meal. The food is not good enough to justify the lack of service. The staff encourages you to take a picture of the food to post to your social media account, and that is clearly their marketing plan. We asked if they ever read their Trip Advisor reviews, and they said they do not. That is fairly obvious. There are lots of places to get paella in Madrid. I encourage you to try some other one.
