My immediate reaction to tasting the California roll was to comment on how good the rice was. Perfectly seasoned and the vinegar was perfect. I will be returning to try the ramen and other dishes. Service was good. Atmosphere was degraded by loud music piped in, and it was obnoxious christmas music. Maybe I'll go back in January. Food: 5
