28.05.2025 - 16:27Had to sit in drive thru for over 30 min at 10:30 am on a Saturday. We get to order and the lady was rude and told us not to order biscuits because there was a hold on biscuits. When we ordered the breakfast sandwich instead she tells us we can't havethem without mayo. We don't go to the Jack's in Ripley because of this exact reason. I guess this will be our last time at aJack's because they're always so rude.

23.03.2025 - 01:16Ordered 1 pizza at 6:55pm, was told a 35 min wait time. Showed up at 7:20pm, little early, and was told about 10 more minutes. No problem. It is currently 8:03pm and I just received my pizza. I understand the world is short staffed and I don?t mindwaiting longer to go pick up my order, but don?t say 35 minutes then me have to sit there for an additional 30. The same washappening for others there, please fix the system to give ACCURATE wait times.

21.03.2025 - 02:46Our favorite Jimmy John?s location! The owners are good people and very service oriented? I?ve also seen them discount first responders and uniformed military which is super respectable for a small business owner! Love this place!

11.06.2023 - 10:03You 've got three kids standing around not doing anything but they don 't give out samples because it takes too long to clean up ? You throw a spoon away in the trash... I 've been a supporter of Jeni 's since they 've opened their first store in Nashville and have probably, at this point, spent over $1000 on--ice cream! Ha. No more. So tired of businesses using COVID as a catch-all for poor customer service. There was literally no one in line so I 'm not sure what would have taken so long to clean up, especially if we were to throw our tasting spoons away. You lost a customer over complete laziness...

04.06.2023 - 10:37My brother worked here for a couple days and was let go. They refuse to pay him for his hours because he wasn’t “clocked in,” which is literally a federal offense under the FLSA. This is not a good place, and the workers are not kind.

10.05.2023 - 16:39Friendly and attentive service from the time we went until the time we left. The food was good. Wings were great (Turbo heat level was good...hot but not too hot). Leave vibe. Easy parking.
