Just as you would do if you found someone wondering in your backyard. We continued to stay and found that the food was about as warm as the initial 'grading'. Everything, and I mean everything, was warm. The chicken was at least hot. Salad and drinks were cold. We thought maybe this was the case by coming to lunch later. No, two times we went, at least the greeting was pleasant. We went in a few minutes after they opened and baby! Pizza was at least hot. Definitely NOT will be a 3rd time. And the server was the same old abrupt woman. I'm sorry, ma'am, but if you're being treated by someone who uses their manners, answer the same. I don't care what bridge you were born under.
