We called the restaurant to inform them but they wouldn't acknowledge themistake and asked why we didn't call the same day we ordered. (We didn't eat it the first day so we didn't see it, and it was atthe bottom). It was alarming that there were slivers of dishware in our food, and disappointing that the restaurant didn't takeit seriously or follow up on our concern. We liked this restaurant but won't return.

Large portions for an extremely reasonable price considering the quality. Looking forward to ordering again!!

Have been a few times and seem to always have the focaccia and calamari fritti as the starter. Love the spigola. Have tried their pizza and would recommend. Went for Dim Sum as we liked the novelty of picking our food off the push cart which does not seem to be available in many of the other Dim sum restaurants. Wel... Well, guess what, It is not available here either, and you have to...order the items of their menu. The food was served not very hot and was of very poor quality. It was almost impossible to get them to give us any sauce (Soya, hot) to accompany the dishes. It also took a long time to arrive. After an hour wait, we still had one item pending (we only ordered seven) which we asked to cancel as we could not wait any longer. We it came to paying it was another disaster. The food is supposed to be discounted if ordered before 11 which they would not apply. They also gave you a non itemized bill with a sum at the end. they could or would not tell you what you are being charged for (it was more than even the non-discounted price), They also refused to take a credit card for payment, insisting on cash. The only English that they were very proficient in was not enough tip . They hardly deserved any considering the quality of the food, the service, and the overcharges on the mystery bill.

For the price we expected that the service was a little elevated, in an actual cutlery, but it was in polystyrene plates. Please do not serve hot food in Styrofoam cutlery, they are toxic and carcinogenic, single use plastics are prohibited and should not be used for one reason. Sambar and Dosa immediately had the plastic taste. And the shame of the Dosa is lost. Sambar Chana definitely lacked something, we brought this to the shop owners attention and he said he'll check.
