I just had the best experience today on my fourth trip to the chicken salad chick since it opened up a week and a half ago! I won't go into details but I am very impressed with their customer service and would highly recommend you trying out this place. My personal favorites are the Olivia's Old South and the Fruity Fran, but I have pasted all of them and they are all amazing especially considering it's just chicken salad! Thank you so much Britta for helping me out today! My family and I will definitely be regulars

The food was good (not big) but portions were disappointing E.g. a regular brisket sandwich was served on something similar to a small dinner roll; seems like another sad example of? Shrinkflation? A Std Burger bread size would have made it more satisfying and might lead to a repetition visit.
