Sent a friend through the drive thru to feed my crew of helpers. We got shorted a couple of items and he went back, the staff refused to replace them saying tha... We got shorted a couple of items and he went back, the staff refused to replace them saying that we should have checked the order in the drive thru, so next time we will sit there and check 3 big bags of food against our order list, sorry if you're behind us. They did ultimately give us our missing items, but were unnecessarily rude to my friend.
