This was our first time in Chicago, and we chose this place for our THANKSGIVING DINNER. Everything was great. FOOD, SERVICE, AMBIENCE... It was about 40 minute... The service was very good from the waitress to the gentlemen who helped her by carrying the large trays of our food to cleaning off our table. Everyone there was happy, helpful and attentive. I am definitely going back there.

The fish was frozen and then fried, which made it dry and stringy, and the bread was so greasy that it was barely edible. That was a great disappointment, and unfortunately we will not go back. Answer to both my mother and I told our server we were not happy with the meal she asked us if we wanted another meal?? Not really when the server knew and chose not to say the manager who is on it, I will not force the problem because everyone was so busy... We paid and regretted if you weren't like my rating, but the fish was pretty bad as I said it tasted as if it were frozen not fresh last time I had it well costed fresh and it was moist not greasy...

Waited in drive thur for 45 minutes to get food that I ordered with the app. if I could have figured out how to cancel the order I would have. will never go to...
