This was my birthday celebration and it was very embarasing in from of my mom, especially that I didn 't have enough cash and she ended up paying for it. I have used both cards before the dinner and they worked just fine with other providers. Avoid!

Been to Carvoeiro for MANY years now as we love the place people food etc. but have never tried 'this ' establishment (as is pretty new) before ? Well THAT is '... Well THAT is 'MY ' Loss as 2 words adequately describe the menu offerings here being 'Absolutely Superb '. My wife particularly wanted a break from the Town 's 'usual suspects ' so I rang booked for 5 of us Son my 2 x In laws A friendly voice answered No language problems So our reservation was pain free booked in a trice as then saw us arrive at 7.15 to a good welcome a nice big table by the window on the lower level as gave us lots of room. Then the wine beer etc followed The prices are very reasonable made for good accompaniment to the food menu which is very 'varied ' caters for carnivores none carnivores alike. I went for the Thai Fishcakes plus the wonderful dip as accompanied them They were made using cornflakes of all things they tasted heavenly and 'Light ' a perfect starter ahead of the main course as was 'Braised Pig Cheeks ' in an unctuous hearty meaty dark sauce accompanied by mashed potato a veg selection The 'taste ' of everything was 'Off the scale ' fantastic. One of our party had the Spare Ribs as were described as the BEST he had ever tasted and indeed they looked it accompanied again by a wonderful hearty sauce and the 'Behemoth ' Burger as my son had was as fresh as possible with cheese cooked to perfection with fries accompanying. The ladies within our party had 2 Fish options as they both enjoyed Therefore by the time we asked for the bill there was one VERY HAPPY SATISFIED Table all vowing to 'Return soon '. The service was good efficient polite without being intrusive so well done to the staff who operate in this 'Light airy ' restaurant as was pretty full with people waiting to sit down as we left. Just prior to leaving, I called over the manager and let him know my thoughts and toi congratulate him for giving us all a memorable experience in one of our favourite places on Planet Earth Carvoeiro So well done Chef 's Kitchen Table and as 'Arnie ' said 'I 'll be back ' !! 10/10 Brilliant x

We were hesitant at first but we wanted to try out the local food. And, we liked the food and service. And, very affordable compared to the other neighboring restaurants.

The place is very local, you can tell by the customers. The waiter speaks English as well. I had a menu of the day for 10 euros, which included a huge plate of... I was in a rush to catch a bus and the waiter recommended me the plate that was faster, which came in less than 10 minutes.
