My dish, a medley of salmon was a triumph, delicious, light, artistically presented. All the dishes sampled by our group were equally enjoyable. Soups salads etc are also available, (a foamed ginger tomato soup was fabulous), so it is possible to keep it light continue with the skiing but this place does tempt you to throw in the towel indulge in a food fest instead. It is the ideal spot for unenthusiastic or non skiers looking for a damn good lunch alternative to the slopes. It was buzzing during our visit with all diners outdoors basking in the baking rays. For cooler days the restaurant is a pleasing modern sophisticated space, part of the 4 star Superior Seekarhaus hotel. Refined food in a pleasant setting, charming quick service, good cocktail wine list reasonably pitched price wise given the quality. One for foodies.
