Lire plus I visit Denny 's on Herndon Ave. In Fresno, CA with my family 4-5 times a month. Whether it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner. On 7/3/22 my sister and I went to an early breakfast. The service was very slow and the server forgot some items we asked for, but it wasn 't a big deal, we figured he had a long night. We didn 't even care that the staff along with the GM were cursing and talking obscenities. The thing that bothered us was the lack of professionalism given by the GM Luis. He was very rude and unfriendly. We have never had an issue using a coupon, ever. We 've always had great service from the cashiers but today was just horrible. We 've never seen GM Luis and definitely don 't wish to return to Denny 's moving forward. Luis was extremely rude, I didn 't appreciate it and he received the same treatment. On another note, if all the cashiers take a coupon why is the GM Luis changing the policy because I can do that, I 'm the GM that is very unprofessional. We are extremely disappointed.

What should the restaurant do to eliminate a burned egg after the fact? Pick up a job? Check it before you go so easy. This is for every restaurant. For this Denny's for breakfast on holiday. They were obviously busy. Eggs came overcooked, waiting for my server to come back, seemed like he was working alone in the restaurant. He brought me a real simple egg as soon as he could. The rest of the food was delicious while I was waiting. 1 star for turkey bacon. I left pleasant memories of food and good service, I'll be back soon.
