Rubber band in our sandwich, they took it back and forth to the kitchen with multiple associates touching it and then basically said it wasn?t and dropped it back on our table. We weren?t even upset, just wanted areplacement. It wouldn?t of been a big deal, they just could of remade even half the sandwich since so many people handled it.Every staff member behind the counter touched that sandwich. No apology, just matter of fact. Told there is NO manager on dutyever, they don?t have them. So disappointing, we have had good experience in the past.
