Better get hold of your staffs attitude especially the girl named ROCHEL/ROSEL LONTOCO (I dunno if this is her real name . When one of my sisters asked about the side dish, this particular girl served us bunch of side dishes (too much for the usual serving which apparently kinda insulting. I suggest this Shang Team must get the best seminar on customer service. Please. NAKAKAAWA ANG OWNER NG MATGALNE SA TOTOO LANG! No wonder may branches na nagclose na (but of course we wouldn't know if the owner is really aware of the staffs rudeness . Funny how your staffs (mostly girls seemed to be so chill in the counter while others are too busy moving around to assist other customers. When we asked for the manager's attention, they can't present a credible one (sorry no pun intended . The guy na isa pang staff is way too insulting sa pangit ngiti nya. Lastly, the only Korean Restaurant that NEVER EXPLAIN THEIR HOUSE RULES. Mageexplain kapag nagtanong ka and only to find out that the side dishes are not included in their unli (walang kaso kung naexplain kaso bastos when they told us about their house rule. No match to any other Korean Restaurants when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE. Jusmeeeh maige pa sa mga puchupuchu na KR may modo mga staff. Dito WALA. Magkukumpulan pa at lahat titingin sa inyo na nagcocomplain hahaha lakas makaChicmosang tararat.
