After waiting a while I was informed that the dish will no longer available. I specifically wanted that so I just simply asked for a refund. My request for refund was declined since apparently they could not give refunds. The only option I was given is to pick something else. There were only 4-5 dishes available and I liked none of those. I am okay with unavailability of certain menu, totally understand. But the appropriate thing would be to notify me the dish in unavailable before asking me to pay with no refund options. I don’t appreciate being asked to pay and then forced to pick something I dislike. Store Manager : If you are reading this, I hope you realize this is 100% on you as that is the standard you hold your employees to.
