They are also conscientious enough to place tables with small kids in the side room away from where they serve beer and not right next to a table without kids (which is amazing when you pay for a sitter to be able to have an adult conversation).

When I buy my coworkers doughnuts I get myself a breakfast sandwich to eat on the way in. They could compete with the franchise's like Shipleys on production but have them beat with their recipes and the kind of service you only get at family run small businesses.
