Staff not very helpful and borderline rude. I tried to order online as I have multiple times but at a different store. Told they couldn't do online deals over t... Told they couldn't do online deals over the phone when the website is down which i have done previously) I also couldn't order over the phone at all over the phone or even order in store as they had no card machine and don't except cash. Such a shame as the food was lovely! When we eventually found a way to order. Wouldn't use this store again.

We had an amazing stay in elements, all that staff was so friendly and helpful, that eating was excellent, our room and was very special, we did not want to go....
