I have been to this Cracker Barrel several times with my grandparents. Every time, it is an absolute disaster. We have even turned it into a family joke. I thin... Every time we go, we are "helped" by multiple servers who apparently don't communicate at all. From having to ask for straws/silverware multiple times, waiting forever for our food, our orders being incorrect, servers knowing nothing about the food and being unable to answer basic questions... I could go on. The servers have had to come back to our table multiple times to "clarify" our orders, which were very basic, and we were still not brought the correct orders. Many times side items have been left off and we have to ask for them again. Servers wandering around with food from table to table trying to find the correct one has been a frequent sight.
