We had to ask to have the table wiped off a couple times. Our desserts sat melting for at least 5 minutes before we could catch another server 's attention and ask him to bring some spoons. We were never offered a refill or even a top off on our coffees. Disappointing given the quality of the food (and the size of the check).

I arrived 30 minutes before closing time, but you said they were closed. I have made reservations today, 10 minutes before my reservation. no hostess was there. I stood there for a few minutes before someone appeared who didn't even really greet me. at some point my party sat by two. only two other small parties were in the restaurant. but it took 15 minutes before a waitress approached my table and she seemed completely uninterested to serve us. we placed our order. my partner was served 40 minutes later with his food and it took an hour later until my arrived. the waiters offered us an appetizer when we asked for a manager to whom I asked tuna tart. I was told that I'm only the only option, but I'm going to look and let them know. she never let me know, and no appetizer was served. the waitress never returned to the table, but another team member told us we were composed. the manager never reported on our table. I was very disappointed and felt very disdained.

We had really high hopes for this place but boy did it let us down. We arrived at 6:55p for our 7pm reservation which was a 4 course fix menu. We were seated im... Lire plus We had really high hopes for this place but boy did it let us down. We arrived at 6:55p for our 7pm reservation which was a 4 course fix menu. We were seated immediately and the hostess was really nice. We were sitting there for about 30 mins until the waiter stopped by and got our drink order. We did not order dinner until 7:45p. We got 1 piece of bread at 8:15p and by 8:30p our dinner was finally being plated. We asked the waiter how long between the courses and he stated 20-30 mins. So our 4 course meal was going to be another hour and a half to 2 hours. This time slot was for 7p and we were now getting our first course at 8:30p and not going to finish the meal until 10p. FYI there was another time slot starting at 9p so this was obviously delayed as well. Nonetheless we decided to leave because it was not worth the wait or frustration. This was very unorganized in the kitchen aspect and the the waiters got the brunt of it. The kitchen and chef NEED to revisit their timing because this was horrible. The food could not have been that good to have to withstand this chaos.
