When you walk in, it is a mess of people standing around, with no differentiation between orders being made and orders online/over the phone, so you are forced to wait until you can garner the attention of someone who clearlywould rather be anywhere else. I had to force myself to the counter and ask someone if they could ring me up while I can see mysub just sitting there getting cold. It is clear the person at the register was not assigned there or was assigned to so manytasks that me asking him to ring me up clearly interrupted whatever he was doing instead of attending to the current line ofpeople waiting to pay. As manager approached, he was condescending and blamed the customer for the technical issues experienced.I will say again, it is some of the best subs you'll find in the area, unfortunately management and staff make it clear they donot value what it is that they do. There are a dozen other sub places within 5 miles that will value customers and takeresponsibility when mistakes occur on their end. I will never enter this establishment again and it was due to my interactionwith management and staff.
