You won't feel hot even in summer season in mumbai.Coming to food , Taste and quality wise food is very good. but when it comes to quantity and price you will feel the 5 star hotel charges. Because any starter ordered will be charged over 450 per plate which will have 5-6 peices. So before making any imagination just keep this in mind that a group of 8 ppl will also have to order 2 plates everytime.. i think 1000-1200 rupees per person is something you should consider..
