While it may not surpass the greatness you might find at some hole in the wall in the hot, humid, uncivilized backwoods of this vast country, this local dive is perhaps the best you could expect around these parts. Good meats, good sides, and amazing cornbread.

In colder nights there are heating, but on a warm windy day, it is perfect. The simmer was cooked and perfectly seasoned. A good part of what I think was cousin. The taste was there and it was a great dish. The Glazed Pork Bell was my favorite dish and ordered it twice. Be aware that it looks burned, but if you like it, it will make all sense. The sauce and the pig are super delicate, making it phenomenal. I strongly recommend this court. I ordered the oven roasted bone marrow the Smoked mushroom pizza. Both were on the point with taste and I added some of the bone marrow on the top of the pizza to give it even more of a taste stamp. The pizza crust was perfectly baked and the mushroom taste was good. I finished the night with the bread pudding and it definitely meets the place after all the plates. It was perfectly baked and the ice cream composed the dessert. The best bread pudding I ever tasted. Overall, a great culinary experience and our server was excellent. We will definitely come back to this place and try their other menu items.

To dessert we ate the ice cream with bread pudding. Perfect way to finish the night. Very recommended.
