This kfc is the worst KFC I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Unfortunately something I have done more than once. The chicken is rubbery and sopping wet... The chicken is rubbery and sopping wet, most likely from the microwave. The bread for the sandwiches are so stale that not even heating it up could hide it. My friends in Mississauga tell me that the KFC chicken sandwich is better than the Popeyes sandwich and I wanted to believe them. I had visited the Milton KFc several times over the course of a couple weeks asking for this new sandwich but every time I would go they would say, they had some 2 days before but not anymore and don 't know when they would get new stuff. frustrating but i built excitement to try this sandwich so i pressed on and believed this word of the KFC cashier. Finally one day I am able to try it. Upon visiting this KFC to get this aforementioned sandwich it tasted as I had described above, it felt almost inedible and I felt a feeling of regret sweep over me. I thought it must have been the time I was going at 10pm for the poor quality of the food, so silly me decided to give a second chance. I went there today to get lunch for myself and my partner of 2 spicy original sandwiches, much to my dismay I did not receive those chicken burgers. I was given two sandwiches resembling a JR chicken from Mcdonalds and when I opened the items the mayo was literally calcified to the chicken, and the chicken did not come close to fitting the bun. Not only was I given the improper sandwich (which I think may have been a zinger sandwich but there was no spicy sauce, idk I 've never had it before. they charged charge for a more expensive sandwich, the big crunch. Worst of all i found this out after coming home and we had already smoked marijuana so I am unable to ask to change the sandwich. If i had the choice of eating at this place again or getting ripped apart by chimpanzees I would choose the latter. I am embarrassed as a Miltonian that this may be one of the first things you see coming into town off the highway.

The place is fine, the cost of the beverages is average, but I'm not satisfied with customer service because it takes to much time to deliver the orders aroud 1...
