When I went to pick it up, it was handed off to me you could see it was obviously mishandled and damaged. I assume the clerk hoped I wouldn't notice, but Stevie Wonder couldn't miss it. I immediately asked for it to be fixed, after a heartfelt WTF!!!. Of course, no one who could fix it was there. Once again, I had to speak to a manager, who offered it me at half off. I told him he could keep it, and started walking out. He chased after me out of the store, and gave it to me gratis. I got it home, and made it look at least acceptable. As far as Lice Plopper is concerned, I am 100% done.
