They are the best restaurant around. There food is absolutely worth the money. Although they are not real expensive I think that they are very accurate on their prices, I have never had an issue with any service that they have provided, until today I ordered a crab cake with tarter sauce and other things but my crab cake had no tarter sauce on the crab cake or on the side. Not to mention that I was charged a dollar for the sauce. I went ahead and called them to inform them the situation and I spoke to a female that was apparently new to her job. After all said and done over the phone I expressed my opinion. I hung up not very happy. In just seconds later I received a call from the owner expressing his apology to me and offered me another crab cake for free. He also told me that I could keep the old one. It's truly unbelievable in today's society, usually these types of business are just out for the money but not Zorbas, they cared more about me being satisfied. I would recommend ordering from Zorbas anytime you want great quality food and great prices and excellent customer service. Thank you Zorbas for your hospitality. I absolutely love you guys. You definitely have a customer for life.......

The food sizes are small and petite but great for vegetarian type dishes. The boxes seem small too but fits a lot just hard to close if full. Fill them up tho! Not sure if the flavoring is a big too strong for my taste. It kind of stays in my mouth for awhile. Def flavorful for vegetarian food so if that's your taste you'll love it. They have deserts too. Like a buffet for a great price!

Lire plus I have been to this Starbucks many times. The drinks are usually ok, but today I witnessed something very disturbing. It was training day and they had at least 8 to 10 employees behind the very tiny counter. A young lady took my order while an older woman stood by training her. All seemed well as I went to the other side of the counter to wait for my drink. A few minutes later I see the same young lady in tears. I put my arm on her shoulder and said, everyone has a first day. It will get better. She said that the lady was frustrated with her and yelled at her. I told her to go to the bathroom to gain her composure and then come back and make that lady eat her words. I want whoever is in charge of Starbucks training to know that 8-10 people behind a tiny counter is a terrible training environment. It was very loud; they could barely hear the drink orders and I 'm pretty sure some fire code was broken. Also, trainers need to be patient. They need to encourage their new employees when they make a mistake to give them the confidence that they can do the job. You don 't tear them down out of your frustration. There are books you can read to tell you the top 10 things Successful Trainers Do , and I can assure you that making an employee cry is not on the list. So, I beg you Starbucks Corporate Training, revise your training techniques or retrain your trainers!

The older gentleman behind the counter making food seems like the owner. Very polite and seemed happy to get the business. Definitely recommend and I'll be back next time I'm in the area!
