Proper little pub beside the Oxford Canal. Although in a residential area , just step behind the buildings and you are in the peaceful environment of the canal.... Lire plus Proper little pub beside the Oxford Canal. Although in a residential area , just step behind the buildings and you are in the peaceful environment of the canal. Lovely lovely walk to the left or the right. Wander through the Newbold Tunnel with it fabulous echoes or take a stroll along the canal into Rugby. Can't comment on the accommodation as we were there for one night in our motorhome. Friendly welcoming landlord , nice pint and buzzing atmosphere in the bar. Would recommend. Service: 5
