I will never eat at the Southington location again. After previous visits I have said this however it is halfway between families homes so we met there tonight.... Everything was over cooked, from the Texas cheese fries app that if you stab one fry youget a pile stuck together and too hard to chew, to the molten lava cake that you couldn?t cut with a fork. There was greasedripping from the chicken quesadillas and the Cajun pasta was so dry from the heat lamp that it was a majority of the dish wasinedible. We waited for the waitress after we all had given up on eating for at least 15 min and she came walking by saying?everything still good? as if she had no idea how awful the food was that she served us. We took home at least 75% of the foodfor our dogs so the $120 bill wasn?t a total loss. Please have the Bristol staff come and teach your people how to run the placebecause they are always 5 stars wether it?s 8 people for dinner or 2 for a quick lunch. I just got home and made a sandwich.Ridiculous.
