I thought the customer was always right. Whatever? You don't listen to your order, and then you'll scramble you and make you pay for something you didn't want.

Comfortable seating but not super private. More of a small community style feel.

We were trying not to lost our appetite between housekeeping and our menu orders (Food still good). I guess your people in this location, needs to be proactive to make it clean enough for your customers.

I need to draw special attention to our server Edgar who was consistently kind and gracious while managing several tables. I 'm also impressed that the staff honored a gift certificate that could have been easily 10 years old we really appreciated it! Looking forward to my next trip to the Tea Room :
