While my food did not disappoint but we did encounter some...issues. There was a mistake on a drink ordered from the bar (something like a rum and coke got delivered instead of a rye and Diet Coke). A sampler platter of appetizers which was to include ribs had what were obviously the ends of the ribs the small, mostly gristle ends. To the waitress’ credit, she did go to the kitchen and replace them with proper ribs. And finally, there was a rather long delay in getting our entrees. The funny thing is when we called to say we had 10 14 people coming, the person at the bar remarked he’d “be sure to have his kitchen ready for us.” All that said, once our orders came, everyone seemed happy with their food. My ribs were great tasty, falling off the bone, with the right amount of bbq sauce. The cole slaw was fresh and the fries were pretty good. I hope the issues we encountered were just an anomaly, because I really enjoy the food at Big Texas Bar and Grill. If you’re looking for ribs in Niagara Falls, this is the place.

I asked for 'extra' soße, which is not double soße, but they wanted to charge me an additional product that does not do any other pizza place. it's sauce...and often young workers pushing pizza, which 't even has regular soße on it, so what 's the biggie over me asking for extra soße to cost $0? especially if they can get up from me 500 $ the owner who took my order in the past has never complained, and I came back again and again. but they lost $1,000 of my regular pizzeria/litter purchases over 2 years for bad business. all this during the covid, when the turnover is under plus with a dominos directly next door to them to provide a better service. if the pizza is great, it is great if the appendages are pushed through without a basic instruction, it is a waste of money. these are competitive times for all restaurants, but Bellas staff (not the owners) does not understand how much money is lost by bad coooking and bad service of loyal, repeat customers.

Didn't know Creemore is considered a local beer in Collingwood, thanks to my server who got me a pint served properly cold on a warm summer past-noon lunch.
