I was impressed by the chef’s performance and the presentation of the meal. The chef was very skilled and displayed a flashy performance. The meal also included a light soup and salad. Flavor of the steak was decent but not mind blowing. A little on the pricier side and the meal does include 18% gratuity built in. Overall fulfilling meal.

French onion soup was discussed before my meal was over, and as good as my server was making it sound I had to try it...probably the BEST French onion soup I 've EVER had I used to live in Europe! Meatloaf dinner was probably the BEST meatloaf I 've EVER had at a restaurant as well and the gravy was rich and delicious! Finished with an absolutely amazing piece of chocolate cake! You need to get to this place that 's been there forever great old school feel to the place right now! You can thank me later!

Workers do not know the daily specials. Website only allows you to pick what the deal of the day is. But employees said I ordered wrong. Ut some how 6 boneless... Ut some how 6 boneless turned to 12 but it was traditional wing buy one get one free but I ordered 10 and got 10. All in all got charged the same price for the both orders when I said it was wrong they said I was wrong. I been waiting two weeks for a refund. Trash establishment. Management is horrible. Next step small claims to get my refund cause the employees and management are terrible.

Super disappointing evening with that Australian barkeeper who refused to serve beer as he wanted to close the bar 2 hours earlier than supposed. Again, I loved that pub, but with this guy who just wants to finish work earlier and not willing to do some customer service but rather go home with his girl ... I don't know....he shouldn't be responsible for customer service...

After working in the food service before, I know that people can have disgusting habits in dealing with food. But the cook came in, greeted me and washed her hands. Really relieve my fear to see proper care and hygiene. The food was delicious and the vegetables were fresh I got the steak pita. Just wish them kalamata olives 5/5.

When I asked her to refill my coke, she completely ignored us and continued her conversation. I waited for around 20 min before she finally finished her conversation and help us for the check out. In addition, there were only 5 or 6 customers at the time so the restaurant was not busy at all. I wanted to have the steak cooked medium but it was like rare with whole inside pink. Based on my experience, if you really want to eat in Outback, please go to another one. I am not sure about other Outback around Columbus but this one should be the worst.
