C'est en fait moins compliqué que ce que vous pensez. Je n'avais pas de sauce tomate, alors j'ai pris 1 boîte de concentré et je l'ai ajoutée à 1 tasse d'eau chaude.
Alors j'ai acheté les ingrédients pour une recette de Masala différente, puis j'ai accidentellement ouvert cette recette et j'ai commencé à la préparer. À mi-chemin de la préparation, j'ai réalisé ce que j'avais fait.
Tout simplement exceptionnel. J'ajoute plus de piment de Cayenne pour la chaleur et saupoudre environ une cuillère à café de garam masala sur le poulet pendant sa cuisson, avec la poudre de curry suggérée.
