I Added 1/2 teaspoon extra yeast. Turned out perfect .
I made hamburger buns. They were nice and light with the garlic spin on them. Great for sandwiches too!
Was good! Made this into rolls to go with my cannelloni dinner. Nice balance of flavors and quick enough to make as I used instant/quick yeast for the dough.
