I read the comments first and added brown sugar along with the white sugar and ground nutmegThey were nice and fluff only thing is I would have liked a little bit more flavor to them.
J'étais un peu sceptique à ce sujet car la recette contient de la farine. J'ai quand même essayé. J'ai utilisé mon pain au levain fait maison et j'ai râpé un peu de muscade fraîche dans la pâte.
J'étais chargé de nourrir une foule de près de 200 personnes pour le petit-déjeuner, et le plat principal était du pain perdu.
