Smoked Elk for Dinner...
Surprised to see you here, Joe Incase you ever wondered what hickory smoked elk looked like.
Wonder no longer!
Dried 2 days,
Salt, pepper, chilli and paprika coated,
200°F for 4 hrs,
400° for 15 mins,
Wrap in NON WAXED butchers paper for 45 mins, unwrap and enjoy!
