"The attention to detail of flavours of the food was wonderful. The burger was moist and tasty with rich cheddar melted on top. Homemade mayo, homemade ketchup, best ketchup I've tasted. The fries were hot, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.The service was friendly, helpful and prompt."

"This historic 1908 hotel has retained it's elegance and charm. The staff and service were outstanding. The most impressive dining event was the 6 course meal with wine pairings from collaborative chef creations of Ned Bell, Alex Chen, Jacob Deacon Evans and other guest chefs. A most memorable experience and highly recommended!! Food drinks: Great thought and effort in their food presentation and a wonderful complimentary continental breakfast using many local ingredients."

"Very good! Unique food and so delicious we couldn't stop eating. The owner was so nice, he brought us extra bread and water, he sat with us and spoke about his adventures. His place is full of art on the walls even the bathroom. Next time I'm in Penticton."

"This restaurant is a favorite of my husband and myself. The atmosphere is wonderful, the service is impeccable, and the food is always outstanding. I have nothing but great things to say about Zia's."

"I ordered fish and chips. I got two triangular pieces of fish, the same size, same shape. Can only assume then it's not FRESH fish dredged and put into a deep-fryer? It was deep-fried and the fat was so old and the store-bought triangles were so brown and..... just ugly. The tartar sauce was glop in a little cup. How hard is it to put together some pickles, mayo, dill and lemon juice?Maybe it was an off night and my fault for ordering fish and chips on a golf course?No air conditioning, nobody else in the place.I have heard the steak sandwich is good but being from out of town, I went with what I had was thinking of. The worst."
