Service is terrible, menu doesn’t even show you any kinds of donuts they actually have. Employees are rude and will not explain anything, and if you catch them on a smoke break just don’t even

Can’t get service if you walk in without using the pick up app.

Found my favorite doughnut which is not easy to find at other places.

Thanks Dunkin! I came in earlier in the week and got an iced Vanilla Matcha Latte, but they told me it was sugar free. When I came in yesterday, the girl who took my order made a point to let me know that the Matcha had a lot of sugar in it, thanks to Rachel it saved me a lot of confusion in the future!
