I believe I could make a better quesadilla myself. The only redeeming dish was the rotisserie chicken. I am hesitant to try anything else on the menu as the prices are high and I would rather stick to what I know is good. If you are considering dining here, I recommend sticking to the chicken only. To the restaurant owners, I urge you to improve the overall quality of your dishes.
I am disappointed in this location. I just spent 42 for two meals and they had the nerve to charge me for some sauce. Then only gave me two and don't even care to ask me what kind I wanted. And another thing I was told my order was going to take 8-12 min I was waiting 35 minutes. I normally enjoy Sardis, but this location needs to work on their customer service. And inform customers about their sauce policies or BRING YOUR OWN AT THIS POINT!
I frequent this restaurant often and absolutely adore it! The service is fantastic and the food is consistently delicious. Edwin, the manager, provides exceptional service and I always enjoy my experience here. Thank you!
Serving size on sides is very good. Sometime sides could be a hair hotter (or stirred from the bottom more often). Have had chicken and the porkchops both are good. Sometimes sauce is given free and sometimes they charge for it, it is not clear if any sauce is included and if so on which dishes. Considering the size of the sides the family meals are a good deal. While chicken could be bigger portions the sides make up for it.
This place’s food is good but the silverware blows. Your plastic knife wouldn’t cut butter. Using it on this carne asada is giving me anxiety like people are watching me struggle.
