Why, in a restaurant that’s only half full, do I have to wait nearly 30 minutes for just one pizza? Why would they serve me a burnt mess and act like it’s perfectly fine? Why does nobody bother to check the quality of what they're putting out? Why promote a Prosciutto pizza only to deliver something that’s 100% salty and rock-hard? Does a Prosciutto pizza have the prosciutto burnt or fresh, I wonder? What do you do as a cook with a burnt pizza? What’s with the layer of tasteless white paste on the crust that you can see right through? And why do they charge me 15% more than what the menu says? I can't help but wonder... why is this happening? ... and all that happened on a Saturday evening... what might happen at rush hour with a full house? No wonder so many other recent reviews are just 1 and 2 stars... What steps are you, Grimaldi's managers, planning to take to address these issues? Thank you.
Would have enjoyed eating a frozen pizza from the grocery store more than this overpriced slab of cardboard crust with not enough sauce or cheese
This is the best pizza. Try the one that has the hot honey on it. It is divine.
Table was filthy, my sons glass had rings all over it. waiter was aloof. had to flag down other witress. not recommended. photos were before food. pizza was meh.
