Wingstop - Allen

Order from this location on 11/10/2022. My order was cxc. Here it is 11/25/2022 and I have YET to get my money back. Talking with leads does not help. I shouldn't have to do this about my money. I'll send a report to the BB. That's crazy.

I ordered last week when they buy her a chicken sandwich promotion. Wingstop usually has good chicken and sauces (we have to go in a different state a few years ago. Unfortunately, our experience was not great this time. I ordered the app. When I came to the store, there was only one poor woman who made food, with a younger man in a cap that worked the register. The food wasn't ready when it said it was, I was told I was waiting about 6 minutes and of course 15 minutes later I was still waiting. When I came home with the food, we discovered that my wife's sandwich was completely raw in the middle, so we had to cook. The sandwich itself is more expensive than its competitors AND is a smaller piece of chicken. We haven't tried their traditional wings at this point, but now I think it's not worth the risk.

Crazy slow. Took 30 mins (dining in) for 2 orders wings and fries. When it came out the wings were overcooked and the fries were cold. Won't be back

Never again! Places an order 11/10- Received email and information from Doordash my order was cxc- THEY WILL NOT RETURN my money, Doordash says they have my money, wingstop says his door dash, at this point. I'll report this to BBB. That's crazy!
