The restaurant is highly rated and recommended for all visitors, making it a must-visit for food lovers. We decided to have a family breakfast there on a rainy day. Our orders of Farmer's omelette, Eggs Benedict, Goan sausages, Sesame fried prawns, and spinach feta quiche were a good start to the day. However, the Shakshuka was very disappointing. It seemed to be made by a kitchen helper, as it was lacking in seasoning and the tomato puree was watery and inedible. Additionally, the washrooms were dirty and when we brought it to the attention of the staff, they just smiled back. It is important for the restaurant to maintain proper hygiene and quality facilities to attract good clientele.
I have visited the place a few times now, and I can say that the service levels have gone down. The servers look confused, and out of the five dishes we ordered, two came after one hour of waiting. Otherwise, the food was pretty nice, except the chicken cannelloni, which was the last dish to come, and the servers claimed that it was just out of the oven, however, the dish wasn't even hot. But, the overall vibe of the place is really nice, and it's worth spending a nice morning at Baba Au Rhum.
This restaurant is a great place for couples to explore and enjoy. The beautiful beach landscapes add to the overall experience. Highly recommended.
Superb spot to have the cortado, lemon soda and mushroom quiche (chicken was unavailable). But it was ecstatic. But the best thing you can taste here is the mango cheesecake. Breaks and melts in your mouth. Totally worth it. And do try their home grown organic sugar.
