We came here for an evening meal on our overnight stay on Iona. It was a bit on the pricey side but the seared trout was cooked beautifully, the wine was delicious and the waiters serving so friendly and engaging. The cheeseboard in particular was...excellent, far too much really but the Morangie Brie was a real treat! Thank you to all the staff and chefs, it was a highlight of our holiday.
We visited the St. Columba Hotel restuarant twice while we are staying on Mull. The lunches are very tasty and great value. The staff are friendly and efficient. We ate outside in the garden once and the other time inside.
Gorgeous view over the sea. Friendly, helpful staff. Dinner A special of local langoustines in garlic butter followed by a rack of lamb which was superb. Helped by their own gin! Definitely worth a visit. I also stayed which was delightful.
Service was very friendly and efficient; the waiter was very helpful and chatty. Food was good, would recommend the lamb burger and the beef stew.
