I decided to go to this place to get lunch this afternoon. I walked in because it was kept tons of cars in the driveway. that was about 15 o'clock. the cassian did not welcome me, and was very insulted when she took my order. she could not hear me well, because there was a blue tooth transmitter that radiated music that was not suitable for the lobby of a mcdonald’s. I asked for a cup holder, she gave me 2 folded cup wearing that I had to assemble myself. then my order was of course not made right. no excuse, no nice day. very bad customer service. it is very bad to be so when chick fil a is right next door. they must follow chick felt as a guide! bad customer service.
I asked for a mixed ice flavor.Church and koks, but was rejected. I said, for health reasons, they can't mix eise. Okay, so I'll order 50-50 tee. half sweet half dissatisfaction. no problem with the sanitation there. stupid
Employees need to be trained better on customer service skills. customers who come on the inside are less recognized and treated badly than the customers who drive thru.
Get some new workers that know how to do there job and actually communicate with the customers orders number. Slow as hell too. I blame the management. ?
