Wendy's - Augusta

If I were the rest of them, I would go a few extra miles to avoid these wendys. they are not very good to serve the beside dishes (as for example kartoffeln). if they want to bake potatoes fresh, it can take a long time, but it will only be for them and I was with other wendys to order their coffee before I know their sizes. lady had the nerve to tell me after she had given me two petty things she gave me both big. if that's the case, I'll go somewhere else, where at least I don't have to park and wait for my food and don't have to be lied to. but hey, it won't happen again, because I don't come back. edit: went on Walton to the other wendy’s. I have my baked kartoffel and didn't have to wait more than an hour! Besides, one of the employees got to confirm that I got little coffee.

No matter how much you request to leave cheese off their hamburgers, they continue to give you one with cheese. You are left with a yellow, gummy piece of cheese to try to scrape off.

Drive was moving good but when we ordered they said we don 't have any drinks . So we asked for the strawberry frosty instead, we don 't have any . I asked what frosty do you have and she said chocolate . So we settled for that, pulled up and waited and waited. Gave us the frosties, here ya go watched the guy fix the 2 burgers and bag our order. She finally handed it out and didn 't say anything. I said thank you to her and nothing in return so I said you are welcome ! Sad how service has gotten every where nowadays.

Clean bathrooms and nice fast and friendly service at the counters. Food was ok and the seating and tables were nice and clean also.
