I looked at the ticket and it had my FULL name. So the door key driver took the right order. Although the door forgot my drink. That's on them! But the fact that I had to argue with the person on the phone about getting my order corrected is ridiculous! As customers, we should not go through this fear to get what we pay! Not less. I spent $70 on me and my wife. We'll never order food from one of the Chi'Lantro's again so we don't have to go through it again! It wasn't a fight over $5. The whole order was not correct and it was cold when it appeared as it sat there for 45 minutes before it was picked up. This could also go back to the door. But in the end, the Chi'Lantro communicates with the driver and who pays the price? The consumer! I came to Chi'Lantro several times to fix this problem and no answer back. You could be honestly less concerned about you and what you order. As long as they make their money happy. Horribler Service, Food, attention to detail and everything else related to this organization.
Spicy pork breakfast taco was fine. Greasy, not too sharp. If they had more than one red salsa, a Verde sauce would be great.
I had a salad bowl with double rib, Kimchi, guacamole and cheese with magic sauce and it was delicious! The price was a bit high, but I would say it was worth it. I don't want to spend so much for lunch every day.
Really unique taste of food yet another amazing food truck in Austin. It is quite average price for the caliber of food of service was very fast. I have a rice bowl with the spicy pork. Definitely recommend the magic sauce. The drinks offered are simply filled, are not too expensive, but there is a 7 Eleven nearby as well as if you want more drinking options. There are also some outdoor seating right in front of the food truck, which is quite comfortable.
This is one of the best new restaurants I've been to. While we may have visited on a slow Sunday afternoon, the service was extremely quick. The portion sizes are large and filling, and well worth the price. As advertised, the kimchi is out of this world. My personal recommendation would be to get the soy glazed pork and magic sauce. It's a great combo.
