Waldcafe - Bad Dürrheim

A local hiker. I dinee here with my family several times a year for over 15 years. The food is always wonderful, surrounded by beautiful views of nature, professional/friendly/english staff. Very recommended for restaurants and coffee

You also have real food there, but we like to go around for coffee and cakes during a hike on the panoramic path, the Baden Baden Baden Baden. The views are fabulous; the waiting staff beautiful and the cakes are dreamy. I had a poppy lake/kitchen/cheese cake that made me lick the plate. You can take the bus to Mercury and take a few steps to the restaurant and then take the bus down if you are not a walker. It's worth the trip.

We have been here several times in the last 5 years and have always returned to the fabulous fruit cakes that are made fresh at home every day. A fantastic area for a walk in the woods to finish with a house made delicious pastries. Write...again to add some photos.

A very special ambience for a beautiful meal or excellent fresh home made cakes with natural fruits. Especially relaxing after the walk through the beautiful surroundings and the forest. A visit to remember and talk to friends. Very recommended to take the walk and...if it is not possible to get there by car.
