Plumbohms - Bad Harzburg

In summer we have made a week-hard holiday in a two-sleep suite in the hotel klempner biosuit. the plumen is centrally located in the pedestrian zone of bad harzburg. the personal is very friendly. the apartment is very nicely equipped (small manko is available in the kitchen with too little dishwasher, but with dishwasher. by the location of the plant you can safely dispense with the car as they can do very many things to foot (shopping etc. . dogs are welcome at the arrival were an eaten and water dish decorated in the kitchen. in the wut was a bone sweet!

We had planned to go to Plumbohms for a while, as it looked so warm and welcoming. When we eat there tonight, we were very disappointed and let ourselves be cheated a bit. First, the restaurant was not busy yet, but it took an hour until our food arrived. During this time we heard the cooks in the kitchen that screamed like football hooligans, and at one point a waiter went in to tell them to close because the whole restaurant could hear them. When our food arrived, the Polnta Burger had no wort or dressing with salad, so basically raw chopped pieces of beet root and rocket with a very dry Polnta Burger was. The pasta in Gorgonzola and cream sauce contained little gogonzola, but another type of cheese we were told was Harz cheese, this cheese sauce was still solid and in lumps, so the sauce was more like a lumpy porridge consistency. We brought these facts to the attention of the waiter who brought us a pepper mill as dressing on the Polnta Burger with salad, and also told us that the pasta with Gorgonzola cream sauce should look clumpy, as the Harz cheese does not melt even though we were not sure why it contained Harz cheese anyway as it was listed as Gorgonzola. We sat near the kitchen every time the door had opened, we had a clear look at the staff. At one point we saw the cook who caught the waiter, and a lot stood around and made very loud conversation when we had waited for an hour to be served our food. My husband's chair was even hit by the swing door into the kitchen when the waitress marched in and out, it hit his chair with a loud bang, but there was no excuse. To summarize this experience, we felt like we were in an episode of Fawlty Towers, and I really think we would never come back here.

Good quality of food, although not a great choice, but the burgers and steaks are very good. Personnel does not speak English, so it is a challenge to make an order)

Hier ist für jede Gelegenheit ein Ort zum Verweilen, wo ein Anlass wie der Geburtstag meiner lieben Frau genau das richtige.Gesunde Speisen die sehr gut zubereitet wurden sind nicht nur für den guten Geschmack sondern auch für die Sinne.Älter werden ist zwar nicht für Feiglinge aber im Plumbohms ist auch dieses einfacher zu gestalten.Wer Bad Harzburg nicht kennt sollte im Plumbohms Übernachten und zwar auf dem Burgberg, dieses ist das zweite dazugehörige Haus, und dem Morgen auf dem Berge beginnen.Dies ist ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.

We noticed the restaurant as we were walking through the town...we were attracted to the interesting decor and lighting. The menu was very eclectic and portions were more than plenty. Nice flavors, atmosphere and great wait staff.
