Contribuer aux commentairesWe went to Iridion on Tuesday night. The outside was well filled and we had a table next to the entrance. Ordering was quite fast. The appetizer baked eggplants came flott. The bread was a bit dry. The Tzatziki was good and the eggplants warm and fresh. The two main dishes came quickly and were well prepared. Small sardines and a fish plate with Calamari and shrimps. Ordinary cuisine at moderate prices. It should also be mentioned that it was offered on the map both Moussaka and Stifado, which is not common.
We've been eating in this place a lot. This Greek food is the best thing for us. Chef Niko is very nice. In any case, you have to call beforehand, as a lot is always going on. We paid for two appetizers, two main dishes, a dessert and div. Drinks for two people about 50€. Especially recommended are the crabs
Great Greek restaurant: The food tastes great, owners and staff are very friendly and courteous, prices are moderate and you sit comfortably. What more do you want? At the moment you can only pick up food, but also that works well; It's just a shame that so much packaging waste is coming up.
We've been to Irodion several times. Unfortunately, the foods have been very neglected recently. The Gyros ordered were dry and cold. The Calamares were fat and tasty. At the island plate we got much less fries, Calamares and sardines than other guests who had ordered the same food. Too bad that only selected guests are offered an ouzo when paying the bill. We and some other guests got an undefined red and almost inedible drink. We won't be back.
Wari were today on the recommendation of a friend in Irodion. Had a table reserved for 2 people a few days before. Everywhere were RESERVIERT signs, although at 5:45 a.m. there were not many guests in the outskirts. The friendly waiter picked up the order after 10 minutes and the drinks came very timely. My appetizer (campis in garlic oil then took a little longer, but just in the acceptable area. Tastefully they were a little neutral. I then seasoned with salt and pepper and then they tasted as I imagined. The main dish came at a good distance from the appetizer. I had a baked gyro with Metaxa sauce. Here too, there was no salt and pepper. Was generally very sparingly seasoned. After seasoning it was then o.k...the portion itself was plentiful. The squid rings of my wife (have they tried were already a little hard... that's better...! The selection of dishes on the map is very large and it is destined for every taste. The price of the scampis in oil is Euro...very ambitious as I find. The prices for the other dishes but absolutely within the framework. Conclusion: normal Greek, nothing special, nothing bad...lasting absolute average...20 km Directions we will not take on us anymore.
